How does the force extractor work?
The working principle of the force extractor is:
1, dual power output device, generally a combination of gear box and clutch. The power extractor is a set of variable speed gear, connected with the gearbox using the gear, connected with the shaft of the lift pump, is a separate gear in the gearbox, using the remote control system, and equipped with pneumatic and hydraulic control devices, in the cab instrument panel set on the switch to gently touch the finger to achieve the clutch of power output, to achieve the purpose of use. The lift pump is ready for operation. A lift pump is a hydraulic device. Lift the car box to achieve the lifting function. The force extractor, which can obtain the larger torque of the engine, generally takes the force on the transmission shaft between the clutch and the gearbox. Mainly used for cement pump trucks, high-altitude fire trucks and other high-power special vehicles;
2, when the full power takeer is used, the vehicle must be stopped, which is different from the non-full power takeer that can walk on the side and take the force. The conventional force extractor takes force from a gear of the gearbox on the gearbox housing, the cement mixer takes force from the flywheel on the clutch housing, the full power force extractor has two structures, one is between the clutch housing and the gearbox, there is a normal mesh tooth on the gearbox shaft, the clutch should be separated when it is switched on and off, and the gearbox is in neutral when it is used. This structure is mainly used for high-specification fire trucks;
3, another full power take-up is set in the middle of the drive shaft, with a conversion device, taking the force will automatically cut off the transmission of the rear section of the drive shaft, at this time the gearbox requires to hang direct gear, this device is mainly used for cement pump truck.
